With an impressive annual production capacity exceeding 350 MT and a monthly capability of 30 MT for intermediates and APIs, Troikaa Pharmachem stands at the forefront of API manufacturing. Our state-of-the-art multi-product facilities are equipped with 11 stainless steel reactors, 10 glass-lined reactors, a cryogenic reactor and 5 Hastelloy reactors featuring fraction distillation capabilities. Additionally, advanced high-pressure hydrogenation (up to 42 kg/cm²) Ultra vacuum distillation systems and Single fluid system to ensure precision, scalability and unmatched operational excellence.
Our facilities are meticulously designed to comply with cGMP, WHO, EDQM, and USFDA standards, ensuring the highest quality in API manufacturing. A GMP gram-scale production facility capable of handling batches from 100 g to 2000 g offers unparalleled flexibility in product development.
